Michael Parry – Founder & Agent
Upon returning to Stamford with his family, the place where he was raised and educated, Michael saw an opportunity to do things differently. Not more, just better.
With over 20 years’ experience from Yorkshire to Central London, and more than a decade spent owning and leading his own agencies, his approach is shaped as much by judgement as it is by experience.
Outside of work, Michael follows football and rugby (with the resilience of a Leicester Tigers supporter), enjoys skiing, and, perhaps, unexpectedly, holds a degree in music, still finding the time to play the piano.
Oliver Grace – Founder & Agent
Having lived and worked in Stamford and Rutland his entire life, Oliver brings an instinctive understanding of the local market – not just how it operates, but how it feels.
With over a decade of experience in the mid-to-high-end property sector, and having successfully owned and run his own agency, his approach is shaped by both practical knowledge and a clear sense of what drives results.
Outside of work, Oliver is often training for his next marathon or keeping active in the gym. At weekends, he enjoys cooking and the occasional Guinness in one of Stamford’s local pubs.
Morgan Parry – Founder & Client Experience
Following a career spanning over 20 years in sales and client-facing roles – including recruitment, human resources and financial services – Morgan brings a depth of experience grounded in service, organisation and care.
Her role is central to the client experience, ensuring each transaction is managed with clarity and consistency. Known for her calm, solutions-led approach, she is often the steady presence behind the scenes, bringing structure to even the most complex of moves.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys time with her family, whether entertaining at home, exploring Rutland on long dog walks, or weekends spent with her two young boys and Fergie, the miniature dachshund.
Sion Pitt – Lifestyle Photographer & Videographer
Sion is the creative force behind our photography and videography, holds a BA (Hons) in Film and TV Production, and pays close attention to detail on every shoot. Whether capturing sweeping drone footage or carefully staged interior shots, he makes sure each property is showcased at its best.
In his free time, Sion enjoys photographing and filming architecture, nature, people, and pets. He also loves generating ideas for short films, for which he writes scripts. Additionally, he keeps up with the latest tech news, with a current focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
